Kelebek Hotel offers a lovely rooftop terrace with fine views of Kalkan Bay. The family atmosphere, with excellent dinner options each night that were varied and delicious. The morning breakfasts with fresh fruits and pastries were a good start to our day.
Steep hills may pose a challenge for those with mobility issues.

Good location, down hill walk to resort. Taxi back up 5 turkish lira, Rooftop terrace for breakfast lovely views. Quiet at night. Small swimming pool with views.
Our room was a bit smelly, I think from the shower room which needed a good overhall, the tiles were black in places and the toilet was very old and the seal around the bottom was filthy. Also the shower room was very small. .

Please note that we stayed at the Kelebek Apartments, not the hotel although apartment dwellers have access to its facilities. Location is good- not too far up the hill, the pool is convenient if you have an adjacent apartment ( in the older block). Our two storey apartment was spacious with lots of balconies and a roof terrace. Pool is relatively quiet if a little small - our kids loved it. Owner lives with his family in the Apartments which is useful if you need anything.
The apartments are probably due for a refurb but provide basic family accomodation with the advantage of a kitchen for making breakfasts etc. Poool is one depth throughout- 160cm- no shallow end if your kids can't swim. Some fittings, E.G. doors, cupboards, are a bit worn and don't work as they should. Stairs would be a bit dangerous for very young children- finished with hard edged tiles and not enough handrails.

Homey vibes with fine views
Staying at this hotel was a delight as I savored every moment. The family's dedication was evident. They treated us like cherished friends and prepared meals that reminded me of home. The lamb shank night was a culinary highlight, coupled with amazing views from the rooftop terrace that left me in awe. This is a gem depicting warmth and hospitality.
The steep hill leading to the hotel proved to be a challenge on my return from town, a trek that may deter those less mobile. But the charm of the place quickly made me forget these hiccups.

The staff was really helpful, the breakfast was good (buffet) and the roof view is breathtaking.
The hotel should ask it's residents to share the sun beds around the pool. Some costumers who really feel like home leave their towels all day to occupy the sun beds, even if when not around. That reduces possibility for others to hang around the pool.

The Kelebek offers exceptional value for money and gets all the essentials right - great service, comfy beds, plenty of hot water, good air conditioning, roomy rooms, enough storage, plenty of sunloungers, and all clean. It won't win any style awards, but if you want luxury, go elsewhere (and spend an awful lot more!). Location is also great - 5 mins into the main resort centre. Ask for a room at the front for an amazing view too!
The pool isn't massive if you like to swin a lot, but more than big enough for cooling off and a quick swim. Breakfast is very basic.

Space and good airconditioning
The Cost as the original quotation was £30 less than actually paid after Euros converted at poor rates to pounds and then LIra. Also we were quoted 60 Lira for 'late checkout'. In fact we were charged an extra £50 to check out 8 hours after 12 noon although we had not been in the apartment for the original 7 X 24hours.

Kelebek Hotels and Apartments is one of the best value for money places I have stayed at in Turkey. Our room was simple but very comfortable and clean and even had a little balcony with a lovely outlook over the sea and pool, which is excellent to unwind by with a g&t from the poolside bar. The staff are very friendly and helpful and their is a good free brekkie on offer.
